Stress – Menopause
In my Private Stress Relief Coaching Program I will work with you one one one, to implement stress release techniques that WORK and have been PROVEN in my own life and business as well as for my clients.
When being in a permanent stressful situation, work, career, or in your private life, it is essential to have techniques available to release the stress in order to avoid long term health problems. The problem is that often you cannot change your outer world or your circumstances, you cannot decrease the workload. But you can change how you respond to your workload or your challenges. Presently your body is reacting with stress, meaning upcoming anxiety, self doubt, emotionally stretched, overwhelmed, heart rate up, your adrenal glands are pumping out adrenalin, your muscles are tightening and much more.
The reason the body does react with this stress response and consequent anxiety, is often based on ourselves, our lack of self belief, our issues around self confidence and childhood experiences. These emotions might be hidden well, but do come up when we get confronted with high expectations (from the outside or ourselves) and therefore question our capabilities to deliver the desired outcome.
How can we teach the body not to react with stress or the “flight and fight” response? How can we teach the body to stay relaxed and feel in control?
In my Stress Release Coaching Program I will work with you on identifying and releasing the reasons (negative and limiting beliefs, traumas, emotional challenges and so on) for your body to go into your particular stress response. Once these reasons or triggers for your stress response are released, your body will respond calmly to any expectations, consequently your mind will respond calmly too, enabling you to make appropriate decisions and take consequent actions.
In my Private Menopause Coaching Program we will look at the stresses or situations in your life that are not working for you. Being in the fifties women tend to reflect on their life, work and relationships and make decisions on what is working for them and what not. Ignoring these desires and wisdoms will eventually lead to stress and possible health problems – for 50 women that often is menopausal symptoms. The longer and harder we try and ignore these issues, the stronger our body will speak to us in messages, e.g. in menopausal symptoms, depression, physical symptoms. In releasing your stresses and emotional challenges you will release your menopausal symptoms, depression, anxiety and many physical symptoms you might be experiencing.
